Accessibility Information
Our accessible entrance has a push button automatic door opener, front door ramp, accessible parking by entrance to lobby, a accessible check in desk just to left of the entrance. We also have accessible parking by the entrance to the Lakeview ramp that provides access to the Boardwalk level rooms, the Terrace Room and the tram to the docks.
Mobility features are in guest rooms 412, 413, 414, 160 and 143 (this unit has a roll-in shower) Communication features are in guest rooms 208, 153, 143, 110, 160, 412, 413, 414 & 416.

In addition to the features listed above, we have portable mobility and communication aids that may be requested for use. These include, but are not limited to raised toilet seats, portable tub grab bars, portable visible alarms, portable bed shakers and alarms, TTY, a narrow wheelchair, a shower seat and transfer seat. We can install a hand-held shower and ramps in some units.
