South Beach

Our South Beach area is located two blocks south of our Main Beach and one block north of the amusement park. South Beach has a spectacular view, a tennis court, a large dock with chairs, spacious nonsmoking patio on the street level and nonsmoking deck on the upper level. If you care to smoke, we added a new South Garden Patio complete with chairs, depots, and beautiful lake views. Next door, enjoy one of the best natural sand beaches in Okoboji.

	South Beach Studios (101-114) These units are nicely decorated and have two queen beds, a sofa sleeper, full kitchen, and a dining area all in the main room. There is a combination tub/shower in the bathroom. Each unit has a shared gas grill on the nonsmoking lakeside patio or deck.
	South Beach Penthouse (115) This apartment has three bedrooms with king beds, four sofa sleepers (two in the living room and one in each of the larger bedrooms), dishwasher, vaulted ceilings, two full bathrooms, and an extra lavatory in the two larger bedrooms. Enjoy a great view on the nonsmoking lakeside deck.
	South Beach Penthouse (116, 117) These apartments have two bedrooms with queen beds (one bedroom also has a sofa sleeper). There is a king bed and another sofa sleeper in the vaulted lakeside living area. There are two full bathrooms and a dishwasher in the kitchen. Enjoy a great view on the nonsmoking lakeside deck.
	South Beach Lakeside Cottage (160) This cottage is on the lake one block north of South Beach. It has four bedrooms, one with three queen beds and three with one queen bed, three sofa sleepers in the 40-ft. living/kitchen/dining room, dishwasher, two full bathrooms (one with whirlpool), and an extra lavatory in one of the bedrooms. It has a fenced-in, lakeside yard, and a private dock. This unit is mobility handicap accessible.
