The South Beach Lakeside Cottage is on the lake one block north of our South Beach. It has four bedrooms, one with three queen beds and three with one queen bed, three sofa sleepers in the 40-ft. living/kitchen/dining room, dishwasher in the kitchen, two complete bathrooms (one with a whirlpool tub/shower), and an extra lavatory in one of the bedrooms. It has a fenced-in, lakeside yard and a private dock. This unit is mobility handicap accessible.

Rate does not include 12% tax (7% lodging and 5% sales) on total.
Our rates are prorated so that longer stays, up to a week, are discounted.
20% of the above weekly rate for each of the first three nights.
10% of the weekly rate for each of the 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th nights.
For stays longer than one week, use 1/7th of the weekly rate per night.
Staying only one or two nights on a weekend is usually a premium (inquire).

From May 1 to June 8 and beginning August 17 to season close, discount rates by 50%.
From June 8 to June 29 and from August 10 to August 17, discount rates by 25%.
Full room service, recreation activities, skiing, sailing, history cruise and million dollar home cruise are not always offered in the reduced rate periods.
