Treetop Apartments 426 and 427 are located on the top floor of a two-story building along US-71 that adjoins Cottage Colony at the back door. Each apartment has a bedroom with a queen bed and a sofa sleeper in the living room. They also feature flat-screen TVs, wood or tiled floors, a breakfast nook, and a full kitchen. Downstairs there is a shared patio with outdoor dining and share gas grills. These apartments have a steep stairway and are not recommended for children under 12 years.

Our rates are prorated so that longer stays, up to a week, are discounted.
20% of the above weekly rate for each of the first three nights.
10% of the weekly rate for each of the 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th nights.
For stays longer than one week, use 1/7th of the weekly rate per night.
Staying only one or two nights on a weekend is usually a premium (inquire).

From June 8 to June 29 and from August 10 to August 17, discount rates by 25%.
